Our Mission is to create a space to integrate Body, Mind and Spirit through education, TriYoga practice, and community.
TriYoga offers instruction to students and teachers in the full spectrum of traditional yogic practices. We provide a supportive community and meditative environment to deepen yoga practice. TriYoga promotes positive attitudes and healthy lifestyles.
A yogic lifestyle is a comprehensive set of integrated practices that include healthy diet, positive outlook, postures, breath, meditation, energy work, and more.
Triyoga of Cedar Rapids is a supportive community with a shared goal to create value in our world and inspire the development of mind, body and spirit.
To this end we are a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization.
Donations, either directly or through Amazon Smile, go to our benevolent fund that makes passes available to students in financial distress, improvements to the studio. All donations stay local and allow us to focus on the yoga.
